As a Senior Quality Lead Engineer, you play a key role in the development of innovative (consumer) products within our business lines: dispensing & dosing, heating & cooling, and mechanics & mechanisms. You set high standards for the quality of the products we develop and are instrumental in applying quality processes and Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) tools. You ensure quality at every stage of the product development process, from design to production.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of engineers, guiding them from a technical perspective. As the go-to expert and sparring partner for both the PCV team and our clients, you help strengthen our quality mindset and develop strategies to continuously improve our design process.
As a coach and mentor for both our internal quality team and (senior) engineers, you focus on enhancing their design skills. You drive data-driven, fact-based product development by applying and developing processes, tools, templates, and training programs. You play a crucial role in technical reviews and root cause analyses, bringing in your extensive knowledge and experience.
